{"id":187,"date":"2020-05-16T18:00:32","date_gmt":"2020-05-16T18:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flagship.iium.edu.my\/fpk\/?p=187"},"modified":"2020-05-18T00:30:50","modified_gmt":"2020-05-18T00:30:50","slug":"kami-guru-malaysia-video-lirik-jawi-chegu-tv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flagship.iium.edu.my\/fpk\/2020\/05\/16\/kami-guru-malaysia-video-lirik-jawi-chegu-tv\/","title":{"rendered":"KOED students produce \u2018Kami Guru Malaysia\u2019 video with lyrics in \u201cJawi\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"KAMI GURU MALAYSIA (VIDEO LIRIK JAWI)\" width=\"843\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Zev6S9opaSg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=140455\">https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=140455<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GOMBAK, 17 May 2020: To mark Teacher\u2019s Day yesterday (16 May), IIUM\u2019s Che\u2019 Gu TV along with Third-Thirteen Studio released\u00a0a video titled\u00a0<em>Kami Guru Malaysia<\/em>\u00a0to show gratitude to teachers for their undivided contributions in educating the students to lead a flourishing life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The uniqueness of this video lies in the lyrics which are written in&nbsp;<em>jawi,&nbsp;<\/em>taking inspiration from local singer Naim Daniel\u2019s song&nbsp;<em>Sembah.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the aim to glorify&nbsp;<em>jawi&nbsp;<\/em>as part of Malay culture, its producer Muhammad Naqib hoped that the initiative taken by the Kulliyyah of Education (KOED) would encourage IIUM students to be proud of the university\u2019s identity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muhammad Naqib shared his journey and excitement as all the 12 singers who participated in this project are IIUM students. The song\u2019s composer, Khairul Adlan, a KOED student, is also a composer for Third-Thirteen studio.
