The effects can be seen in the liberalization of economics, internationalization, use of English, testing and international ranking. The quality of education is measured by KPIs and international ranking that gives priority to research grants, indexed journal publications and commercialized products.  Knowledge has become a commodity such that the humanities, arts and religion have been marginalized. Education has lost its soul. The holistic graduate is no longer the major goal of university education. Marketability and employability of the graduates determine the university curriculum.  The university has become a factory churning products without values.  Education has been de-humanized. It is timely that the FPK which has been only implemented in basic education be extended and continued in higher education  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal:<br>\nTo bring back the soul of education, to rejuvenate the holistic human personality and to make university as the engine of social transformation for kesejahteraan of the family, community and nation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objectives of the flagship are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Develop an understanding of the FPK and its relevance in guiding HE.<\/li><li>Synthesize FPK,  the University Philosophy, Vision and Mission (IIICE), SDG and Maqasid al-Shariah (MAS) [MIFiS] .(MIFiS)<\/li><li>Develop the criteria (indicators) for MIFIS compliance.<\/li><li>Develop the following modules:<br>\nMIFIS, curriculum content, teaching methods and assessment, continuous professional development (BTMC).<\/li><li>Evaluate the University curriculum for its alignment with MIFIS.<\/li><li>Conduct training of academic Trainers (ToT) under BMTC to be competent in delivering no. 5 at the university level. <\/li><li>Be a centre of reference for an Islamic value-based and sustainable  higher education consistent the MAS. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Project Leader:<br> \u2022    Assc.
