Alhamdulillah, Sharing our happiness and feedbacks from the juries in iCAN2024 in Toronto Canada. We obtained 3 international awards for our newest innovation this year.
“Jungle School Gombak Malaysia (JSGM) and their great team of participants led by Dr. Norzalifa Zainal Abidin showed us another leap towards their success in innovation and advanced skills. Even with the previous success of JSGM in iCAN 2020-2023, they continue to improve on their presentation both in the Preliminaries and the Finals. The quality of their video especially was remarkable. In the accumulated recognition during this year’s competition in Toronto, Jungle School Gombak Malaysia has achieved the Jury’s Choice Award this year as it was ‘especially’ recognized by the iCAN 2024 Jury Committee. In addition, our African representative delegation, Organization for Creativity, Innovation, and Invention Promotion (OCIIP) acknowledged the value of JSGM’s innovation that propels the cultural maintenance, facilitation, and channeling the knowledge & wisdom of the Orang Asli Tribes to the future generation.

Therefore, OCIIP has selected the project to be rewarded with OCIP SCORE during competition. This innovative system that shows how we value such a pure utility is they have cultivated what I know of indigenous knowledge and wisdom and how it can be operationally effective generation while the world is rapidly today’s fast in time, that we live in than it is very important that life in the past because history is what makes us really see in the mirror today and tomorrow.”
