Who are we?
JSI is not your typical leadership program. It’s an immersive experience where participants learn from the very heart of the rainforest. Led by Assistant Prof. Dr. Norzalifa binti Zainal Abidin, the flagship leader from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), JSI and JSG together collaborates with indigenous ‘hidden gems’—master craftsmen, weavers, and jungle experts. Together, we weave cultural knowledge, environmental wisdom, and leadership skills into a vibrant tapestry.
