About The Muara
“The MUARA” is a collaboration project between the Kulliyyah of Languages and Management (KLM) and Tanjung Kunang Enterprise. The district of Muar is aiming to be a Hub for Education, Furniture Manufacturer, Nursery and Heritage Tourism. A part of the recent local plan for Muar [Rancangan Tempatan Daerah Muar 2030 (Penggantian)] is directed towards developing and promoting the tourism industry.

EXHIBITION EVENT
The Muara Exhibition event has been launched on 8th April 2021, Thursday at Tourist Information Centre, Laman Oleh-Oleh, Jalan Maharani, Muar, Johor. This special event has been collaborated between IIUM Pagoh, Tourism Muar and BH Travel Sdn. Bhd.
THE MUARA'S COFFEE TABLE BOOK
The Coffee Table Book is a compilation of successful stories on the transformative teaching and learning at the Kulliyyah of Languages and Management, IIUM. The transformations have been made successful though the flagship project initiative as a platform to contribute to the society by looking into the problems and issues that are related to the social, economy and the environment in Muar. This flagship project started in August 2018, and has been listed as one of the flagship project initiatives in the IIUM roadmap 2019-2020.
