The chair was first inaugurated in June 2016, and immediately saw international engagement. Since then, it has been actively promoting futures literacy and sustainability through various initiatives, emphasising the importance of futures thinking and strategy transformation. Additionally, the Chair produced educational materials and publications to disseminate knowledge on futures studies.
