An online training of four sessions for 40 teachers of 2 schools with the cooperation of the Bangladesh International Institute of Islamic Thought (BIIT) was held over 2 weekends. Each daily session lasted for three hours with at least an hour for practical.
Participants were also given the e books on Hikmah Pedagogy: A guide for teachers by Prof Rosnani Hashim. They were active during the practical sessions because they managed to use the chat box. But during discussion they were limited by access to an internet connected laptop. Many were using their phones. The audio and video transmission were alright.
